What Extol is not
For nonprofits in states adopting Medicaid community-engagement requirements
Federal Section 71119 of HR-1 takes effect January 2027. Nonprofits in states that adopt it will start getting questions from volunteers in Q4 2026: “can you document my hours?” Extol makes that documentation ordinary. A monthly record, generated from the volunteer work you were already coordinating, in a format their state will accept.
